Christie 140-167105-01 – Korus Series Projector Filter Frame Kit is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
What is the Christie 140-167105-01 Korus Series filter frame?
The Christie 140-167105-01 is the filter frame kit for Christie Korus Series 1DLP laser projectors. Designed for a quick, precise fit, it securely holds either a Korus Series dust filter or fog filter, adding protection when a compact 4K UHD+ projector is deployed somewhere dustier or hazier than a typical indoor room. Filters are sold separately.
What does the Christie 140-167105-01 do?
Korus projectors are designed to run filter-free. The frame lets you add filtration only when a venue calls for it: fit a dust filter for dirt and sand, or a fog filter where hazers, smoke or pyrotechnics leave oil and residue in the air. The frame mounts to the projector and carries whichever filter you choose.
Christie lists the frame for the Christie 4K1400-KS and 4K1000-KS, including TAA-compliant versions. If the projector is rigged in a QwikRig V2 frame, note Christie's guidance that yaw range is almost zero in one direction when the filter frame sits next to the adjacent vertical pole, so plan orientation before you hang the projector.
Matching optics include the Christie 1.25-2.0:1 Korus zoom lens.
