Product Overview
The Chief PAC525FCW is an in-wall flat panel storage box with flange and cover in white for 16x9 display installations. It gives integrators a recessed space behind the display for routing excess cable and attaching surge protectors or power conditioners. A multiple-depth break-away edge fits both 3.5" and 2.5" studs, and the enclosure is UL 2416 listed for AV, IT, and communication technology equipment. It supports pre- and post-construction installation, drywall or stud mounting, and landscape or portrait orientation.
Product Description
The PAC525FCW simplifies flat panel installation by providing an organized, recessed space for routing excess cables and for attaching surge protectors and power conditioners behind the display. A multiple-depth break-away edge gives compatibility with standard 3.5" studs and 2.5" studs, and the box is both drywall and stud mountable for pre- and post-construction installation. Knockouts accommodate single-gang outlets and 1-1/4", 1", and 1/2" conduit, while integrated universal zip-tie anchor points keep cabling organized. The enclosure stores a wide variety of AV components and installs in landscape or portrait orientation. Paintable flange and cover options let the assembly blend into any environment, and the cover includes optional tamper-proof security. The enclosure is UL 2416 listed for installation of AV, IT, and communication technology equipment, and is available in black and white color options.
