The Chief PAC525 in-wall storage box organizes excess cabling and AV components behind flat panel displays in commercial installations. It creates a recessed, UL 2416 listed space for routing cables and mounting surge protectors or power conditioners, keeping the display tight to the wall. The box is compatible with Chief PST, PRO, PLP, MSR, MTR, MWH, MWR, PWR, PNR, PDR, Thinstall, and FUSION wall mounts.
Product Description
The PAC525 simplifies flat panel installation by providing an organized, recessed in-wall space for routing excess cable and for attaching surge protectors and power conditioners behind the display. A multiple-depth break-away edge gives the box compatibility with both standard 3.5" and 2.5" studs, and it supports pre- and post-construction installation in drywall or stud walls. Knockouts are provided for single-gang outlets and for 1-1/4", 1", and 1/2" conduit, while integrated universal zip tie anchor points keep cabling dressed and secure. The enclosure is UL 2416 listed for installation of AV, IT, and communication technology equipment and stores a wide variety of components. It supports landscape or portrait installation and includes paintable flange and cover options so it blends into any environment, with optional tamper-proof cover security and black and white color options. It is compatible with Chief PST, PRO, PLP, MSR, MTR, MWH, MWR, PWR, PNR, PDR, Thinstall, and FUSION wall mounts.
