Product Overview
The Chief FCA520 is a FUSION universal clamp kit (2-pack) for securing media players, power strips, and other AV components to the back of flat panel displays. It mounts along the rear FUSION Rail Extrusion of a compatible display mount, keeping source devices organized and out of sight. The reversible design lets installers clamp a device or fasten directly to AV components. It is a practical accessory for digital signage and commercial display installations.
Product Description
The FCA520 attaches accessory devices to the back of a flat panel display where space behind the screen would otherwise go unused. Each kit includes two clamps and is compatible only with Chief FUSION Rail Extrusion type mounts. The clamps slide along the backside of the FUSION rail, providing infinite lateral positioning so installers can locate a media player or power strip exactly where cabling and ventilation allow. Components can be assembled in reverse, switching the hardware from a clamping function to a fastening function for attaching directly to AV components. The clamp accommodates media player devices up to 2.13 inches (54 mm) deep, covering many compact signage players and small source devices. By keeping source hardware mounted to the display assembly, the FCA520 simplifies cable runs and supports a tidy digital signage installation. The kit is TAA compliant for government and institutional procurement. Note that the FCA520 is intended for use with FUSION Rail Extrusion mounts only.
