The CPA365 is part of Chief's family of ceiling plates, designed to clamp to truss or round structure rather than a flat ceiling surface. It is compatible with CPA extension columns, LCM single display ceiling mounts, MCM single display ceiling mounts, and LCM multi-display ceiling mounts, so it serves a range of ceiling installation types. The clamp accepts structure from 0.75" to 3" (19-76 mm) outside diameter, covering common truss and pipe sizes found in commercial venues. As a TAA-compliant component, it meets the procurement requirements of U.S. government and public-sector projects.
