The Chief CMS1RU is a rack adapter that enables mounting 1RU x 19" rack-sized electronics inside the 2' x 2' CMS492 and CMS492C above-ceiling storage boxes. It gives AV integrators a way to secure rack gear within an in-ceiling enclosure. The 1RU rack brackets assemble directly to the AV component shelf.

The CMS1RU enables mounting 1RU x 19" rack-sized electronics inside the 2' x 2' CMS492 and CMS492C above-suspended-ceiling storage boxes, putting source equipment out of sight while keeping it serviceable. The 1RU rack brackets simply assemble to the CMSUNV2 AV component shelf. It is only compatible with the 2' x 2' storage shelf, so confirm the enclosure size before ordering.
