Product Description
The TiLED direct view LED mounting system is engineered to make dvLED video wall installation predictable and repeatable. The TILD1X2US-L is the 2000 mm left-side mounting component and is used on the left edge of a Unilumin USLIM Series video wall. Because the system is modular—left, middle, and right components available in 500 mm, 1000 mm, and 2000 mm heights—integrators can mix and match parts to create a wide range of wall sizes. The three-axis adjustment is what makes the result clean: X-axis lateral shift enables precise LED positioning, Y-axis vertical shift delivers cabinet-to-cabinet alignment, and Z-axis plumb adjustment compensates for wall imperfections to achieve a flat mounting surface. Offset mounting slots ease installation and protect the LED sides from damaging friction. The depth range with the display installed is 5.37 to 6.12 inches (136 to 156 mm). Display hardware, mounting structure, vertical connectors, and side covers are sold separately. As an in-stock, standard solution, it ships without custom lead times.
