The Chief CMS024 is a 24-inch fixed extension column for suspending projectors and displays from the ceiling in conference rooms, auditoriums, and commercial meeting spaces. The aluminum column threads to 1.5" NPT on both ends and routes cabling internally. It saves installation time while maximizing mounting security.
Product Description
The CMS024 is a 24" fixed-length aluminum extension column engineered for fast installation and maximum strength in ceiling-mounted AV deployments. It provides a rigid, fixed drop between a ceiling plate and the mounted projector or display, ideal where the throw distance is known. Flow-through cable management with a cable exit port keeps signal and power runs concealed inside the column for a clean finished appearance. The column consists of a 1.5" NPT pipe threaded on both ends, so it pairs with any Chief 1.5" NPT ceiling plate or coupler. Integrators can combine it with other CMS columns and accessories to reach the required drop length. The CMS024 is TAA Compliant for government space and public-sector projects.
