The kit pairs a CMS440 suspended ceiling kit with an added camera plate and fits 24" (600 mm) ceiling tile grids. It supports most cameras under 20 lbs with 1/4"-20 thread mounting holes.

The CMS446 is designed with the installer in mind to speed up suspended pro AV camera installations. Its WireVice cable suspension system allows a quick tie-off, while an all-points security system provides exclusive locking hardware at the camera plate connection point to protect against theft. The kit fits 24" (600 mm) wide ceiling tile grids and combines a Chief CMS440 suspended ceiling kit with an added camera plate. Single and dual electrical outlet cutouts let installers add power within the assembly, and the kit is 1.5" NPT compatible for use with Chief columns. It fits most camera solutions under 20 lbs that secure with 1/4"-20 thread mounting holes. It suits conference room, broadcast studio, and commercial meeting space camera installations.
