The Chief CMA362 is a universal C-clamp that attaches AV mounting columns to a variety of structures. It lets integrators clamp a 1.5" NPT vertical extension column to beams, framing, and other supports without permanent fasteners. The clamp fits structures up to 2.75" (70 mm) outside diameter, including 2" x 4" framing. It is intended for commercial AV and presentation equipment installations, including exhibit booths.
Product Description
The CMA362 provides a quick, versatile way to mount presentation equipment where a permanent ceiling or wall attachment is not practical. It clamps to any structure up to 2.75" (70 mm) outside diameter, including 2" x 4" structures, and includes an opening that accepts a 1.5" NPT threaded extension column. This lets installers transition from a structural member to a vertical column and route cables through the column for a clean finish. Because it installs and removes without drilling, it is well suited to temporary and reconfigurable setups such as exhibit booths, as well as permanent commercial installations. The accessory is TAA compliant, supporting government space and procurement-sensitive projects. It suits exhibit booths, commercial meeting space, and presentation equipment installations.
