Product Description
The CMS495 solves a common installation challenge: mounting AV equipment to a suspended ceiling that is pitched rather than flat. Used together with the Chief CMS440 suspended ceiling kit, the adapter allows a projector or flat panel TV to hang plumb and level even when the ceiling is angled up to 45 degrees. The assembly includes additional cabling to ensure extra stability under the suspended load, which is important in higher-pitch installations. It is compatible with the Chief CMA473 ceiling storage box for concealing source equipment, and the CMA643 escutcheon ring can be added to clean up the tile appearance in ceilings angled up to 36 degrees.
