Product Description
The Sennheiser 700005 mounting plate gives camera operators and field recordists flexible options for attaching the EW-D EK portable receiver to a shooting rig. The plate uses built-in magnets to hold the receiver and provides multiple mounting points for use on camera cages, accessory arms, and similar hardware. The kit includes a cold shoe mount with a 1/4-inch-20 thread on the bottom, a belt clip, mounting screws, and an Allen key, so an operator can configure the receiver for camera-top, cage, or belt-worn use without sourcing additional parts. This versatility matters on documentary and ENG shoots where the same receiver may move between a camera and an operator's belt during a single day. Because it is the manufacturer accessory, the plate is dimensioned specifically for the EW-DP EK receiver body. 
Keeping a spare kit in inventory lets a rental house deploy the same receiver across different camera packages.
