The Cambridge Sound E-A-B-30-4 Active Emitter is a unique device that can perform sound masking and reproduce paging and music signals simultaneously. With its high sound pressure level and wider frequency range, it surpasses previous direct field Emitters. It is also small and easy to install in finished or open structure ceilings, appearing almost invisible.

Uniform Direct Field Masking

The Qt Active Emitter is a compact and stylish sound masking device that uses direct field Quiet Technology for consistent sound distribution in workspaces. Unlike typical systems, it doesn't rely on large speakers.

Clear, Articulate Paging and Background Music

Another benefit of direct field technology is improved audio clarity for paging and music. Because pages are being emitted directly into the environment, they’re clearer and easier for listeners to understand. Music sounds better too because the speaker is facing the listener instead of being played through a ceiling material. The Qt Active Emitter is the only sound masking loudspeaker that’s a complete masking, paging, and music solution for office environments.
