Product Description
Qt Active Emitters need both an audio signal and DC power delivered over their cabling, and the PI-AE is the component that merges the two. It accepts the masking audio output from the QtPro module on one side and DC from the Active Emitter Power Supply on the other, then outputs the combined powered signal downstream. This injection approach keeps emitter wiring simple, since a single run carries everything the active emitters need to operate. Installers place the PI-AE between the QtPro head end and the emitter runs it feeds. Without the injector, active emitters on that run do not receive operating power. It is a small, fixed-function device that belongs on the bill of materials for any QtPro active emitter zone.
