The C2G CG43124 300ft Cat6 Snagless Solid Shielded Ethernet Network Cable is a bulk-spool structured cabling cable engineered for HDBaseT AV extender runs and long-length shielded network applications in commercial buildings. The solid conductor construction and shielded jacket provide superior performance and EMI protection for permanent in-wall or in-conduit installation at distances up to 300 feet. Optimized for HDBaseT AV applications and high-EMI commercial environments where stranded patch cable would degrade signal integrity.
Product Description
Solid conductor Cat6 cable is the correct specification for permanent structured cabling runs — as opposed to stranded patch cable which is designed for short flexible connections. The shielded construction adds EMI protection for installations near motors, fluorescent lighting, and dense network infrastructure. At 300 feet, this cable covers the maximum Cat6 channel distance for Gigabit Ethernet and most HDBaseT extension applications.
