The C2G CG41508 2x2 Drop-In Ceiling Speaker — 8 Ohm Plenum-Rated is engineered for K-12 classroom audio reinforcement, designed to drop into a standard 2x2 ceiling tile grid and deliver high-quality audio from multimedia presentation systems and voice amplification without a separate speaker enclosure or ceiling modification. This 8 Ohm version is paired with 8 Ohm amplifiers in distributed audio systems where 70V distribution is not used. Plenum-rated for direct above-ceiling installation in NEC-compliant air-handling spaces.
