The C2G CG39993 USB 1.1 over Cat5 Superbooster Dongle to Wall Plate Extender extends USB 1.1 signals up to 328 feet over a single Cat5 or Cat6 cable using a compact dongle transmitter at the host end and a single-gang wall plate at the device end. This reversed form factor — dongle at the PC, wall plate at the peripheral — provides a clean wall plate connection point at the whiteboard or device location while the host end remains a simple dongle plug at the computer. No drivers required; integrated UTP power inserter in most configurations.
