Where ceiling speakers require a separate back enclosure box in air-handling plenum spaces, this mount provides the approved solution — eliminating the need to route the speaker through conduit or use non-plenum alternatives. Suited for 6-inch ceiling speaker installations in classrooms, conference rooms, and commercial AV environments with plenum ceiling construction.
Product Description
The all-steel enclosure design provides the structural support and plenum-compliant back box required for standard 6-inch ceiling speaker installations in air-handling ceiling spaces. The speaker support bridge allows the speaker to be secured within the ceiling tile cutout without separate mounting hardware in most ceiling grid systems.
