The C2G 01188 7FT White Cat6 Snagless Unshielded (UTP) Slim Network Patch Cable is a perfect solution for high-density datacenter applications that require a slim network patch cable with a high level of performance. By using 28 AWG conductors, it is possible to reduce the diameter of the patch cable by 36% over a standard Cat6 patch cable. Due to this reduced diameter, a smaller surface area is exposed on the cable, allowing for a greater airflow as compared to standard Cat6 cables with a larger diameter. The 28 AWG conductors also allow this cable to have a smaller bend radius than standard Cat6 cables. The small size and small bend radius of this cable allow it to be easily routed through cable management panels.
