The Blackmagic Design ATEM 2 M/E Constellation HD is a professional HD live production switcher with 20 independent 3G-SDI inputs and two M/E rows for complex multi-camera productions. It supports real-time compositing, advanced keying, and broadcast-quality transitions, with a built-in Fairlight audio mixer in a rack-mount 3RU chassis.
Product Description
The 2 M/E Constellation HD is designed for live productions that need many sources and layered switching. Twenty 3G-SDI inputs support HD formats up to 1080p60, and the two M/E rows allow simultaneous multi-layer switching and effects. It includes advanced chroma and luma keyers, up to four downstream keyers, customizable multiview across multiple screens, media players, and talkback support. The built-in Fairlight audio mixer provides full professional sound control.
Like the rest of the Constellation family, it uses broadcast-standard program/preview operation and can be run from the built-in front control panel, the free ATEM Software Control on macOS and Windows, or an optional ATEM Advanced Panel. The rack-mountable 3RU chassis has an internal power supply with optional redundancy.
