The Blackmagic Design Studio Camera 4K Pro G2 is a compact live-production studio camera built for professional SDI switchers, with a Micro Four Thirds mount, UHD 4K capture to 2160p60, a bright 7" HDR touchscreen viewfinder, talkback, tally, and 12G-SDI, HDMI, and 10G Ethernet connectivity. It records Blackmagic RAW to USB disks and includes a built-in DaVinci Resolve color corrector.
Product Description
The Studio Camera 4K Pro G2 packs the features of a large broadcast studio camera into a portable carbon-fiber body that combines camera and viewfinder in one. Generation 5 Color Science and 13 stops of dynamic range produce cinematic images even in difficult lighting, with ISO to 25,600 for dim venues. An active Micro Four Thirds mount works with affordable photographic lenses and supports optional focus and zoom demands for tripod-handle lens control. The 7" 1920×1200 HDR touchscreen makes framing easy, with overlays for histogram, focus peaking, levels, frame guides, and 3D LUTs. For connectivity it offers 12G-SDI in/out, HDMI with tally and camera control, and a single 10G Ethernet (10GBASE-T) carrying video, program return, tally, talkback, camera control, and power over one Cat 6A cable. A large tally light with clip-on camera numbers, 5-pin XLR talkback, and dual XLR audio with phantom power round out broadcast use, and it can record Blackmagic RAW to USB disks for standalone tripod work.

Can it run on a single cable? Yes — 10G Ethernet carries video, program return, tally, talkback, camera control, and power over one Cat 6A cable.
