The Blackmagic Design DeckLink Quad HDMI Recorder is a four-input HDMI 4K capture card for ingesting multiple high-resolution sources into streaming or editing systems. Its four HDMI 2.0b inputs capture resolutions up to DCI 4K60 with eight channels of embedded 24-bit/48 kHz audio, and it supports uncompressed 12-bit color as well as common codecs. As a multi-camera HDMI ingest card for macOS, Windows, and Linux, it suits multi-source recording and live-production workstations.
Product Description
The DeckLink Quad HDMI Recorder is a PCIe card with four HDMI 2.0b inputs that capture SD, HD, UHD 4K, and DCI 4K up to 60p, with 12-bit 4:4:4 color available up to 4K30 in all modes. Inputs are switchable between SD, HD, UHD 4K, DCI 4K, and DVI, and the card covers Rec. 601, Rec. 709, and Rec. 2020 color spaces. It records ProRes, AVCHD, XDCAM, and DNxHD as well as up to 12-bit uncompressed video — uncompressed capture is pixel-for-pixel identical to the source, giving sharper green-screen keying, cleaner composites, and better color correction. Eight channels of embedded 24-bit/48 kHz audio are supported across SD/HD/UHD/DCI 4K. As a 4K60 PCIe capture card it is compatible with macOS, Windows, and Linux workstations and servers, with drivers and utilities available from Blackmagic. Note: the HDMI inputs are HDCP-compliant and cannot capture from copy-protected sources.
