The Blackmagic Design DaVinci Resolve Editor Keyboard is an all-metal editing keyboard for DaVinci Resolve 16 and later, with professional edit keys and a high-quality machined search dial for two-handed editing. You control position within a clip with one hand while setting in/out points and applying edits with the other. It connects over USB-C, needs no batteries, and includes a DaVinci Resolve software license.

The Editor Keyboard uses an all-metal design with tiered (non-flat) keys for editing by feel, eSports-grade key switches certified for over a million operations, and a solid-metal search dial with roller bearings and an electronic clutch for jog, shuttle, and scroll. Keycaps, handrest, and switches are available as spare parts so the keyboard can be refreshed over time. The Source button instantly builds a "source tape" of all clips in a bin, which you can re-sort by timecode, camera, duration, or name and scroll through without navigating thousands of clips.

Large in and out point keys with deliberate empty space above them are easy to find by touch, and intelligent edit modes — Smart Insert, Append to End, Ripple Overwrite, Close Up, Place on Top, and Source Overwrite — let you build edits fast without switching between source and timeline. The search dial enables live trimming with roll in/out, roll transition, roll source/destination, and roll duration. A dedicated transition section adds and removes cuts, dissolves, and smooth cuts at a button press, and a timecode keypad supports direct frame/timecode entry. The revised QWERTY layout keeps familiar cut and edit page functions, and the keyboard works on a desktop or inset into a console via its flange.
