Product Overview
The Blackmagic Design 2110 IP Presentation Converter brings SMPTE ST-2110 IP video to speaker podiums and presentation spaces. It connects a presenter's laptop, microphones, and a projector at the podium, sending video into a 2110 IP system over a single 10G Ethernet connection while handling mic input and PA output locally. It supports resolutions up to DCI 4K60 and can power the presenter's laptop over USB-C.
Product Description
Designed for the lectern, this converter accepts HDMI and USB-C video from a presenter's computer and outputs to a projector, with the projector feed switchable between the local input and the 2110 IP return feed. A 45W USB-C port can power the laptop while it sends video. On the audio side it provides balanced XLR mic/line inputs with selectable phantom power, a balanced XLR output for PA speakers, and a 1/4" headphone output, with embedded audio across all I/O. A single 10G Ethernet (RJ45) connection carries bidirectional video and can power the entire converter over PoE, even while charging the laptop, so a podium needs only one cable back to the rack. The unit also includes 12G-SDI input and output.
