Product Overview
The Blackmagic Design 2110 IP Mini IP to HDMI SFP Converter links large-screen TVs, projectors, and computer monitors to optical-fiber SMPTE ST-2110 IP systems. Its compact body mounts easily behind a display, it supports SD, HD, and UHD standards up to 2160p60, and it uses a standard SFP socket for a 10G optical-fiber Ethernet module to reach over long distances. It also works with 3G, 6G, and 12G optical-fiber SDI modules for traditional SDI setups, and ships with a 12V DC power adapter.
Product Description
This mini converter takes a SMPTE ST-2110 IP feed over an SFP optical-fiber module and outputs HDMI, so an IP video signal can drive a monitor, projector, or TV at the display end of a long fiber run. The SFP socket accepts a 10G IP fiber module, and the unit is also compatible with 3G/6G/12G-SDI fiber modules for conventional SDI workflows. Embedded audio travels over both the fiber and HDMI connections. A USB-C port is provided for configuration, and the converter is powered by the included 12V DC adapter. The compact housing is designed to mount discreetly behind a screen.
