The Blackmagic Design Mini Converter SDI to Analog 4K converts Single Link SD/HD/3G/6G-SDI to analog SD/HD component, composite, or S-Video, letting you connect professional SDI equipment to analog monitors and legacy gear. It accepts input resolutions up to Ultra HD 4K and DCI 4K and down-converts to HD or SD analog, with automatic input detection, a redundant SDI input, and an SDI loop-through output.
Product Description
Using 6G-SDI technology, the Mini Converter SDI to Analog 4K accepts signals up to UHD 4K at 30 fps and DCI 4K at 24 fps, and also handles Single Link SD, HD, and 3G-SDI, automatically detecting the input format and switching instantly. It outputs analog component, composite (NTSC/PAL), or S-Video over BNC, down-converting high-resolution sources for SD and HD analog equipment. A redundant SDI input provides an optional backup feed, and an SDI loop-through output passes the signal to an additional device. De-embedded SDI audio is output as two channels of analog or AES/EBU digital audio via 1/4" jacks. Settings are controlled by built-in DIP switches or over USB using the included Mac and Windows software, which also handles firmware updates, and a 12V universal power supply with international socket adapters is included.
