The Blackmagic Design URSA Mini Pro 12K OLPF is the optical-low-pass-filter version of the URSA Mini Pro 12K, built around the same 12,288×6480 (80MP) Super 35 sensor with 14 stops of dynamic range, Generation 5 Color Science, and RGBW design. The OLPF is precisely matched to the 12K sensor for better detail handling and reduced moiré — particularly valuable for high-end feature film and virtual production on LED walls.

Product Description

This OLPF model adds a high-performance optical low-pass filter to the URSA Mini Pro 12K. In virtual production environments, the high frequencies of an LED video wall can interfere with ultra-sharp lenses and high-resolution sensors, creating moiré and aliasing; the matched OLPF minimizes that interference, and its updated IR filtering improves far-red color response for higher image fidelity. Otherwise the camera is identical to the standard 12K: a native 12,288×6480 Super 35 sensor at 80MP per frame, 14 stops of dynamic range, in-sensor scaling for 8K and 4K RAW without changing field of view, and frame rates up to 60 fps in 12K, 110 fps in 8K, and 220 fps in 4K Super 16. It records 12-bit Blackmagic RAW to dual CFast and UHS-II SD cards or external SSDs via a 10 Gb/s USB-C port, features an interchangeable PL mount and built-in ND filters, runs Blackmagic OS, and includes DaVinci Resolve Studio.
