Product Overview
The Biamp Tesira EX-UBT is an AVB/USB expander with Bluetooth that transports USB digital audio reliably across a customer's network, beyond the specification-defined 5-meter maximum USB connection length. It is ideal for installations where USB connections are not located near the rack, where multiple USB audio inputs are needed, or where Tesira SERVER or SERVER-IO is used as the DSP, since those platforms have no on-board USB connection. It suits conference rooms and multi-purpose spaces that require USB audio.
Product Description
Powered by PoE, the EX-UBT supports up to eight channels of configurable USB audio along with Bluetooth wireless technology, both enabled and configured through the Tesira software. With Bluetooth, the EX-UBT provides a cable-free solution for teleconferencing using soft codecs, for continuing a mobile phone call into a meeting room, or for supplying background music in a hospitality setting. It includes LED indicators for power and wireless status. The expander is CE marked, UL listed, and RoHS compliant, and is covered by Biamp's five-year warranty.
