Bright, vivid status colors indicate whether a desk is available, checked in, booked, or in focus mode. The unit includes a presence sensor that automatically checks you in when you sit down at a booked desk, and RFID is supported for user identification. Kleeo can be placed on top of the desk or mounted to the front edge, and a Wi-Fi connection with a cloud-based system supports a smooth installation process. Focus mode signals to colleagues that the person needs to concentrate, while usage insights help optimize workplace resources.
