Product Overview
The Biamp Desono MASK8F is an 8-inch two-way full-range low-impedance surface-mount loudspeaker with a wooden cabinet. It is designed to produce full hi-fi sound at higher power levels without a subwoofer. It pairs a powerful 8-inch coated paper woofer with a ferro-fluid cooled silk dome tweeter on a waveguide horn. A metal U-mounting bracket and safety cable are included.
Product Description
The MASK8F is suited to background music up to dance-level music. The 8-inch woofer and waveguide-mounted dome tweeter result in high SPL, low distortion, and a sound that approaches studio-monitor quality. A built-in Auto-Reset 2-step Protection Guard, combined with quality components, makes the MASK8F a failsafe loudspeaker even at high power loads. After the bracket is mounted to the wall, a sleeve in the bracket makes fixing the loudspeaker easy and safe, even in awkward positions. The cabinet has eight rigging points across the back, top, and sides for flexible mounting or clamping. It is available in black or white.
