The Biamp Desono EX-S8 is an 8-inch two-way surface-mount loudspeaker in a black finish that provides detailed voicing with strong projection. This model ships with the included indexing U-bracket and weather cover. It is rated for indoor and outdoor use.
Product Description
The EX-S8 uses coaxially mounted HF and LF drivers for uniform coverage, with a 5-position switch that selects 70V/100V taps or low-impedance bypass. Designed for fast installation, Biamp's patented ClickMount brackets offer two distinct mounting options: a pan-tilt bracket with indexed aiming control for quick vertical or horizontal mounting, and a U-bracket for low-profile or exterior use that includes a ClickPlug with an integrated gland nut for weather-resistant applications. Both brackets are theft and tamper resistant. This version is supplied with the indexing U-bracket and weather cover. The loudspeaker is ETL listed to UL 1480A, CSA 62368-1, CE marked, RoHS compliant, and EN54-24 certified.
