Product Overview
The Biamp Desono EX-S8-CM is an 8-inch two-way coaxial surface-mount loudspeaker for indoor and outdoor use. It delivers detailed voicing with projection and pairs an 8-inch LF driver with a 1.4-inch HF compression driver. The unit ships with a large ClickMount pan-tilt bracket for fast, indexed aiming. It operates at 8 ohm or on 70 V/100 V distributed systems.
Product Description
The EX-S8 is an excellent fill or distributed loudspeaker for systems where pristine voice clarity, higher output, and more bass are desired. Coaxially mounted HF and LF drivers provide uniform coverage across the listening area. A 5-position switch selects 70 V/100 V transformer taps or low-impedance bypass. The included ClickMount pan-tilt bracket provides indexed aiming and allows mounting in either vertical or horizontal orientation without moving the bracket position, and it is theft and tamper resistant. The loudspeaker is ETL listed to UL 1480A and EN54-24 certified for life-safety use. Backed by Biamp's five-year warranty.
