The Biamp Desono EX-S10 is the largest member of the EX Series, a 10-inch two-way coaxial surface mount indoor/outdoor loudspeaker that provides excellent musicality with deep LF extension. It suits front-of-house duty in small venues and distributed applications without subwoofers. This makes it a strong choice as a surface mount loudspeaker, an indoor/outdoor coaxial speaker, and a 70V/100V distributed audio loudspeaker. This model ships with the ClickMount pan-tilt mounting bracket in a Black finish.
Product Description
The EX-S10 delivers excellent audio clarity from a coaxially mounted HF and LF driver arrangement that produces uniform coverage. A five-position switch selects 70V/100V transformer taps or a low-impedance bypass, supporting both distributed and direct-drive operation. Designed for fast installation, Biamp's patented ClickMount brackets provide two distinct mounting options: the pan-tilt bracket gives indexed aiming control and allows mounting in vertical or horizontal orientation without moving the bracket, while the U-Bracket suits low-profile or exterior use and includes the ClickPlug with an integrated gland nut for weather-resistant installs. Both brackets are theft and tamper resistant. The loudspeaker is ETL listed to comply with UL 1480A and CSA 62368-1, CE marked, RoHS compliant, and EN54-24 certified, with an IP54 environmental rating for indoor/outdoor use.
