The DX-IC10 readily supports large systems in sports facilities, clubs, or concert venues for delay and zone fill, and serves as a compact, affordable replacement for typical 12-inch competitor ceiling speakers. It can be combined with smaller Desono DX models thanks to Biamp's uniform voicing technology, providing additional power and LF response where needed. A genuine coaxial design with separate magnets for the LF and HF drivers reduces distortion and provides industry-leading sensitivity, permitting 3 dB to 6 dB greater output while requiring half the amplification power of competing products. Fast installation is achieved with SpringLock mounting clamps, and an attractive edgeless magnetic grille completes the look. Conduit knock-outs on the input cover meet plenum air space handling requirements. The DX-IC10 is ETL listed to comply with UL1480, UL2043, and CSA62368-1 and is suitable for use in air handling spaces.
