Product Overview
The Biamp Desono C-IC6LP is a 2-way coaxial thin-edge in-ceiling loudspeaker sold as a pair in black. At only 3.96 inches (100 mm) deep, it is engineered for narrow-depth ceilings while delivering superior speech reproduction for conferencing spaces. It installs quickly and provides exceptionally uniform coverage with excellent sonic properties. The C-IC6LP integrates directly with the Tesira AMP-450BP backpack PoE+ amplifier.
Product Description
The C-IC6LP features a genuine coaxial, acoustically-aligned driver set with separate magnets for the LF and HF drivers to minimize distortion, and an integrated HF waveguide that provides wide, consistent coverage. The 6.5-inch loudspeaker supports audio connections via either standard category cable or traditional speaker cable. Patent-pending SpringLock™ clamps allow single-handed placement to speed installation, supporting the back can on the included tile rails and snap-on C-ring. It can be blind-mounted from below the ceiling and uses a magnetic grille for fast installation and removal. Grilles are available in white or black and can be painted to match room decor. Conduit knock-outs on the input cover meet Chicago plenum air space requirements. Sold as a pair in black.
