Product Description
The W2-218 is a compact two-way full-range system featuring an 8-inch carbon-fiber LF driver and a 1-inch HF compression driver with a weather-resistant, non-metallic polyimide diaphragm. Ferrofluid-cooled drivers improve heat transfer for higher power handling and reduced distortion. The enclosure and faceplate are multi-layer glass composite for extreme structural strength, a three-layer Weather-Stop grille of stainless steel mesh and open-cell foam protects internal components, and all exposed hardware is stainless steel or powder-coated aluminum. A weather-resistant stainless steel mounting yoke is included and the finish is white.
