Product Overview
The Biamp Community VLF208 is an ultra-compact dual 8-inch subwoofer with a no-grille design, supplied in black. It can be installed under stages, in walls or ceilings, or in other low-profile locations in either vertical or horizontal orientation. Its narrow enclosure fits comfortably between wall studs to provide hidden low-frequency extension. It is intended for permanent installations in venues such as theaters, restaurants, and houses of worship.
Product Description
The VLF208 has a response down to 70 Hz in passive mode or 60 Hz using digital signal processing, and a pair can function as a steered bass array. It is equipped with fly points and four rubber feet with recessed foot-mounting locations on two sides, and can also be wall-mounted using the dedicated low-profile VLF-Y208 yoke bracket. DYNA-TECH protection circuitry protects the drivers. The enclosure is built from 11-ply cross-laminated birch and is offered in black. It is ideal for low-profile, hidden bass reinforcement.
