Product Overview
The Community R2-52Z is a three-way horn-loaded full-range loudspeaker engineered for long-throw, high-fidelity sound projection with EN 54-24 certification for voice alarm use. Its 50 x 20 coverage and high efficiency suit large indoor and outdoor venues requiring clear speech and music. The all-horn-loaded triaxial design is weather-resistant for permanent outdoor installation.
Product Description
The R2-52Z uses precision hand-laminated fiberglass waveguides in an all-horn-loaded triaxial design, with the outer enclosure forming a double-wall construction around the internal bass horn for a weather-sealed LF chamber. The mid/high-frequency horn assembly mounts in the mouth of the bass horn, and a high-quality passive crossover with DYNA-TECH dynamic driver protection is included. Weather-treated drivers and crossovers, a corrosion-resistant powder-coated steel grille and yoke, and a 3-layer Weather-Stop grille make the system strong, non-resonant, and easy to install and aim. EN 54-24 certification supports use in voice evacuation systems.
