Product Description
The R.5HPT-R is a custom version of Community's R.5HP loudspeaker with the HF driver mounted 20 degrees vertically and a uniquely shaped grille to accommodate that position. It packages Community's M200 mid-range driver coaxially within the mouth of the 12-inch LF horn to create high voice-power, with high frequencies handled by a non-metallic 1-inch exit UC1 HF driver. An input autoformer with switchable taps matches the speaker to 70V or 100V lines. The result is a loudspeaker that can serve simultaneously as a music-entertainment and voice-PA source with high intelligibility. The rotomolded UV-resistant enclosure, weather-treated drivers and crossovers, and powder-coated steel grille and yoke suit demanding outdoor use, and a yoke mounting bracket and aiming strap are included.
