The IS8-212 is an I SERIES Subwoofer 800 dual 12-inch passive installation subwoofer rated at 2000W continuous (4 ohms). It suits venues from houses of worship and auditoriums to arenas and themed entertainment where additional low-frequency reinforcement is required. Each cabinet provides matching heights, face widths, and suspension points for seamless flown-array integration with I SERIES full-range models. The IS8-212 is a compact direct-radiating subwoofer with large, balanced ports that optimize tuning and distribute air pressure evenly, reducing distortion and extending system longevity. High-flux neodymium motors with demodulation rings provide very low distortion, and isolated driver air volumes allow directional subwoofer techniques such as steered end-fire and cardioid patterns within a single enclosure.
