The Biamp Community IS8-112WR is a high power 12-inch weather-resistant passive installation subwoofer from the I SERIES Subwoofer 800 line, finished in grey. Product Description
I SERIES Subwoofer 800 loudspeakers provide acoustic performance, modular flexibility and refined aesthetics for modern performance venues. The compact, low-profile single-driver design is ideal for distributed or concealed sub-bass and is a strong choice for ground-stack applications. Each cabinet uses matching face widths and suspension point locations for seamless integration into flown arrays with I SERIES full-range models when additional LF extension is needed in a compact appearance. Large, balanced ports provide optimal enclosure tuning and even air-pressure distribution to the driver cones, reducing distortion and extending system longevity. FEA-optimized linear suspensions and a high-flux neodymium motor with long linear excursion provide exceptionally deep bass for the enclosure size, while weather-resistant hardware and a PolyGlas cabinet support outdoor exposure.
