The Community IP8-1153WR is a high-power 15-inch three-way weather-resistant installation loudspeaker with 90 x 40 coverage. Part of the I Series Point Source 800 family, it delivers high output, intelligibility, and modular flexibility for performance venues. It is built for houses of worship, auditoriums, and outdoor commercial venues.
Product Description
FEA-optimized linear suspensions, high-flux neodymium motors, and integral demodulation rings ensure precise control and very low distortion at high SPL. A custom long-excursion LF driver delivers deep bass and balanced mid-range, while matched HF and MF compression-driver diaphragms provide natural, transparent sound with high intelligibility and accurate transient response. The rotatable 18-inch MF/HF waveguide gives well-defined coverage and a smooth off-axis response that enhances arrayability, and the 8th-order MF/HF passive crossover produces consistent vertical response free from polar lobing. User-selectable biamp or triamp modes and an easily installed U-Bracket speed system design and commissioning.
