Product Overview
The Community IP6-1152WR is a medium-power 15-inch 2-way weather-resistant installation loudspeaker with a 120° x 60° dispersion pattern, built for outdoor sound reinforcement in houses of worship, auditoriums and multi-purpose venues. As part of the I Series Point Source 600 line it combines a rotatable waveguide with weather-resistant construction for permanent exterior installs.
Product Description
This IP6-1152WR is part of Community's I Series Point Source 600 loudspeakers, providing acoustic performance, modular flexibility and elegant aesthetics for modern performance venues. FEA-optimized ferrite motors, mechanically mirrored suspension and an advanced cooling system combine for linear performance with minimal power compression. The custom long-excursion LF driver delivers deep bass and a detailed mid-range, while the HF driver uses a hybrid titanium and polyimide diaphragm on a low-compression phase plug for very low distortion with abundant headroom. The rotatable 13-inch HF waveguide gives well-defined 120° x 60° coverage and a smooth off-axis response that enhances arrayability, and individually voiced crossovers permit horn patterns to be mixed throughout an installation. User-selectable single-amp or biamp operating modes expand application flexibility.
