The Biamp Parlé PS-12-60 is a 12 VDC, 60 W locking power supply for Parlé conferencing bars. It provides local DC power for the ABC 2500 and VBC 2500 conferencing bars, and it is the same supply included with VBC 2800 hardware. This Parlé power supply is used when USB-C bus power is not sufficient or not available, and it serves as a direct replacement unit when needed. The locking DC connector keeps the power connection secure in permanent conference room installations.
Product Description
Parlé conferencing bars can draw power over USB-C, but that path is not always adequate — long cable runs, host limitations, or dedicated power designs call for a separate supply. The PS-12-60 delivers 12 VDC at 60 W (approximately 5 A) through a locking connector so the bar receives stable power independent of the USB host. It ships with the VBC 2800 and is the recommended supply for most ABC 2500 and VBC 2500 deployments where local power is preferred. Integrators also keep it on hand as a replacement during service. Because the connector locks, it resists accidental disconnection in AV system integration where cabling is dressed and concealed.
