The Biamp Apprimo Touch 10 UCX-PSA is a power supply accessory for the Apprimo Touch 10 UCX Series touch panel used with Biamp Devio UCX conferencing systems. It provides a local power source for the touch panel in installations where PoE from a network switch is unavailable or not preferred. This Apprimo Touch 10 power supply is an install-time accessory that lets integrators deploy the touch panel in rooms without PoE infrastructure. It supports the same panel functionality while changing only how the display is powered.
Product Description
The Apprimo Touch 10 UCX touch panel is normally powered over the network cable, but not every meeting space has a PoE-capable switch at the panel location. The UCX-PSA gives integrators a supported alternative: a dedicated power supply that drives the touch panel locally so control functions remain available. This is commonly specified during AV system integration when retrofitting a room, when the nearest switch does not provide PoE, or when a designer wants to keep panel power separate from the data path.
