Product Description
The EasyConnect USB3-10-AC extends a Type A host connection to a Type C peripheral across a 10-foot distance. This length reaches from a rack or credenza to a table position in a conference room or huddle room where shorter cables fall short. The passive design carries USB 3.2 Gen 1 data at up to 5 Gbps, supporting webcams, audio interfaces, and content-sharing peripherals in modern meeting spaces. Ten feet is the practical maximum for a passive USB 3.2 run; for greater distances, an active cable is recommended. Double shielding with foil and braid protects the signal against electromagnetic interference near equipment racks and cable pathways. Tinned copper conductors and gold-plated contacts help maintain consistent performance across the installation lifecycle. The cable is backward compatible with USB 2.0 and 1.1 devices for legacy peripherals.
