By linking the Ex with other Event Master processors (E2 or S3-4K) you add input and output capacity, expanding the scaling and switching power of the entire system.
Barco Event Master expander is the most compact and affordable scaler currently available in the market. This modular extension expands the processing capabilities when linked to the Event Master system. It is ideal for a stage or front-of-house box that supports up to 100 meters over fiber extension. It provides flexibility in configuring systems with its modular I/O cards and software. Overall, Barco Ex presents an affordable scaler with stunning capabilities for live events.
- It supports up to 20 Megapixels PVW/PGM live effect canvas when linked to an E2 or S3 and VPU cards installation.
- The unit comes with two card slots which can be used either for video input or video output.
- It supports up to 8 program outputs for destinations created in a linked E2 or any other Barco processors.
- It is HDCP compliant.
- It provides straightforward monitoring and control over the output with Event Master Screen Management software.
