The AVPro Edge AC-1G-SFP-MM is a 1.25 Gigabit multi-mode fiber SFP transceiver for AVPro Edge equipment with 1G SFP ports. Operating at 850nm with an LC interface, it supports standard 1000Base-SX connections over OM1/OM2/OM3 multi-mode fiber up to 550 meters.
Product Description
The AC-1G-SFP-MM plugs into any standard 1G SFP port on compatible AVPro Edge switches or extenders and provides an 850nm VCSEL-based optical interface via LC duplex connector. It is rated for 1000Base-SX operation with a maximum reach of 550 meters on OM3 multi-mode fiber, making it suitable for runs within buildings and across campus segments where copper cannot reach. This transceiver follows the SFP MSA standard and is validated for use with AVPro Edge equipment.
