The Avid NEXIS | F5 400TB provides a scalable entry into F5 enterprise storage. Four 100TB HDD Media Packs deliver 400TB of usable capacity and 1.92 GB/s of aggregate bandwidth—sufficient for concurrent 4K and HDR editorial workflows across a substantial team. When additional capacity is required, four more 100TB Media Packs can be added to the same chassis to reach 800TB and 3.84 GB/s without chassis replacement.

The F5 Controller ships with two 40/50Gbps Ethernet QSFP28 interfaces (unpopulated) for 25GbE or 50GbE production network connectivity. The included Avid NEXIS | FS license provides centralized workspace management, per-user bandwidth allocation, and integration with Avid Media Composer, Pro Tools, Adobe Premiere Pro, Apple Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve. Dual 220V redundant power supplies and five cooling modules support continuous 24/7 operation. Two 10TB spare drives and two SSDs are included. The system ships with a rack-mount kit.
