The AVer COMEXSP20 Expansion Speakerphone extends the audio reach of the AVer VB342 Pro and VB350 4K PTZ video bars, enabling conference participants to hear and be heard clearly from positions well beyond the video bar's built-in microphone array. Connecting via the included 20-meter (65 ft) RJ45 cable, the COMEXSP20 integrates directly with the video bar's dedicated audio expansion port, requiring no additional USB connections or drivers on the host PC. A 12 VDC power adapter is included to power the unit independently.

Large and mid-size conference rooms often place the main video bar at the front or end of a room, leaving participants seated at the far end of a long table with diminished audio pickup. The COMEXSP20 solves this by positioning a dedicated speakerphone anywhere along the table within the 20-meter cable run, distributing both microphone pickup and speaker output throughout the space.

The unit connects to the VB342 Pro or VB350 via one of the two RJ45 expansion ports built into the video bar. This keeps the host device's USB connection to the PC uninterrupted and does not consume an additional USB port. The speakerphone's onboard controls include volume up, volume down, and mute/unmute, allowing participants at the far end of the table to manage their audio independently without adjusting the main video bar.

Firmware updates can be applied to the COMEXSP20 via its Micro-USB port using PTZApp 2 software on a connected PC, keeping the device current with any audio processing improvements AVer releases.
